Fence Services in Gulf Breeze & Pensacola

Whatever you want built, we build it. Pick the material below, or tell us about the whole project at once and our crews handle what fits your yard, budget, and HOA.

Gulf Breeze Fence has built and repaired fences across the Florida Panhandle. We are a family owned fence company, not a middleman. When you hire us, our own crews survey the line, dig the footings, set the posts, hang the panels, fit the gates, and clean the site. Constantine V. Doukas founded the company after a decade setting posts for other outfits on this coast, and he still walks every property before we price the work. Below is what we build, how we build it, and why we build it the way this coast demands.

How We Build a Fence

Every job runs the same disciplined way, whether it is forty feet of dog fence or a quarter mile of estate line.

  • Survey and layout. We walk the property with you, confirm the boundary, check setbacks, HOA rules, and utility locates, and mark the line before anyone touches a shovel. On shared lines we talk to the neighbor first. A fence is a promise about where one yard ends and another begins, and we treat it that way.
  • Footings and posts. On the Gulf Coast the part you cannot see decides everything. We dig deeper than the minimum, set posts in concrete, and space them to hold against wind and saturated ground. A fence that looks good for one season and leans the next is a failure, so we over build the footing every time.
  • Materials. We choose the material for how it survives salt air and humidity, not for a catalog photo. Pressure treated pine, cedar, and cypress for wood, coastal grade vinyl and composite, powder coated aluminum, and galvanized or vinyl coated chain link. We use marine grade and coated fasteners so the fence does not fail at the screws.
  • Gate hardware. Gates carry the moving parts, so they fail first. We size hinges and latches for the gate weight, brace against sag, and install automatic openers when a driveway gate calls for one. We itemize every gate by width, swing, and hardware so nothing is an afterthought.
  • Cleanup and warranty. We haul the old fence, rake the line, and leave the site clean. Then we stand behind the workmanship. If a post shifts or a gate drops, we come back.

Built for Salt Air, Sand, and Storms

Gulf Breeze sits on a peninsula between Pensacola Bay and Santa Rosa Sound, with salt air on three sides and a hurricane history that includes Ivan and Sally. Fences here fail differently than they do inland. Untreated fasteners corrode, panels catch uplift in a storm, and posts lean once the sandy soil goes saturated. We build for that reality. We set posts deeper in sandy soil, we use coated and marine grade hardware everywhere it matters, and near the water we steer customers toward aluminum, which shrugs off the salt that eats untreated steel. We build like the storm is coming Friday, because on this coast it comes back every year.

Why choose us

The Owner Is on Every Job

Constantine walks the property and prices the work himself, and you deal with the person whose name is on the company. We do not hand your project to a rotating pool of subcontractors. Our own crews do the work, we train them footing first and level always, and we never leave a line we would not want on our own yard. Fourteen years on this coast means we have seen how every material ages here, and we quote the truth about it.

We also handle the paperwork layer. Fence work in Santa Rosa County and the City of Gulf Breeze often needs a permit, and height and placement rules vary by zoning. We pull the permit, we carry liability insurance, and we put the workmanship warranty in writing.
