Where We Work
We founded this company in Gulf Breeze, and Gulf Breeze is still where our shop sits. Two markets anchor our schedule. The Gulf Breeze peninsula in Santa Rosa County, where we came up, and Pensacola across the bay in Escambia County. Each one has its own page with the detail that actually changes how we build there, the coastal weather, the county permitting, and the materials that hold up on that side of the water.
We treat every property line as a promise, so we walk the ground before we quote it. Whichever side of Pensacola Bay you are on, we survey the setback, talk to your neighbor when the line is shared, and set footings deep enough for the storms this coast throws every year.
